2019年3月5日，我校国际部成功举办了海外大学博览会，为师生们创造了与大学招生官充分接触与交流的宝贵机会。  

2019年3月5日，我校国际部成功举办了海外大学博览会，为师生们提供了与大学招生官充分接触和交流的宝贵机会。  

当日下午13:20，来自美国8所大学的招生官齐聚国际楼411，拉开了海外大学博览会的序幕。本次主要参会的是高一各班学生、高二中美和IB项目班学生。首先由主持人Brett Chin先生简短致辞，接着招生官依次简要介绍各自代表的大学。然后同学们分成3批与招生官进行积极互动，就自己感兴趣的问题进行了深入的交流。交流中，同学们不仅收获了各类大学的信息，认识了更多友好的招生官，还确立了未来目标，更加明确了自己的努力方向。活动中，还有学生志愿者负责收集招生官联系方式，并送上了代表八十中学的纪念礼物。14:20活动结束，招生官与参会师生、志愿者合影留念，带着对八十中学的美好印象离开校园。

本次海外大学博览会的成功举办，不仅为同学们提供了宝贵机会接触了解更多美国的大学，还帮助他们对高中学习规划的重要性有了更为深入的理解。同学们纷纷表示：通过参加大学博览会，不但自己未来的目标更清楚，而且自己学习的信心更坚定了。志愿者们为本次活动提供了热情周到的服务，充分体现出80学子的良好精神风貌，受到一致好评。

Oversea College Fair Successfully Held at International Department, No.80 High School

On March 5th, 2019 the international department has successfully held an oversea college fairs, creating wonderful opportunities for face-to-face interaction for both students and teachers.

At 13:20, college representatives from 8 US universities arrived at 411 to the expecting students from Grade 10 and Grade 11 of Sino-US and IB programs. After the brief opening speech given by host Brett Chin, college representatives chatted with students on every aspect of their universities and had in depth discussion on topics of students’ concern. In the meantime, student volunteers worked diligently to collect contact information and give out presents on behalf of Beijing No.80 High School. The fair ended at 14:20. The representatives left the school with best wishes from the teachers and students. Through the event, students have gained more college information and become acquaintance with more friendly representatives.

The college fair have provided students a valuable chance to learn about a diversity of colleges and enabled them to gain a more specific view on their own professional development and college planning. Students have gained a deeper understanding of the importance of study plan and more confidence in their future by attending the event. The student volunteers continued to play a supportive role in the success of the event, showing great moral of BJ No.80 students.
