国际部举行智慧课堂校内研究课总结表彰会
6月10日,我校国际部在国际楼图书馆举行了智慧课堂校内研究课总结表彰会。田树林校长、崔为民主任及全体国际部教师出席了此次活动。
本次智慧课堂研究课活动由国际部教务中心组织,旨在通过智慧课堂研究课的形式加快教师课堂教学研究的脚步,唤醒教师专业化发展的意识,促进教师通过使用现代化信息技术,提升课堂的有效性,并体会如何实现从以教为主到以学为主的转变。
研究课从3月开始,6月结束,历时3个月。在此期间,中外合作项目班及国际班的数学、语文、英语、物理、信息等多个备课组都推选代表,参加了研究课研讨与展示活动。本次活动分为三个阶段。
第一阶段为备课、展示阶段。每一节课都结合学生的学习风格展现了各自的特色,发挥了iPad在课堂教学中的辅助作用,体现了丰富的教学资源对教学效果的提升。通过一个人做课全组共同研究准备,加强了备课组教学研究,实现了教学水平整体发展和提升。每节课后,老师们都进行了认真、真诚的评课,大家各抒己见,仁者见仁智者见智。在评课过程中,老师们更深刻地了解了自己在教学目标、教学设计、教学过程、iPad资源使用等方面的优势和不足,明确了自身的成长点以及如何改进课堂教学。可以说,智慧课堂研究课是促进教师在信息技术时代快速成长的捷径。
第二阶段是交流、反思阶段。在交流会上,老师们按教研组进行小组讨论,由教师代表发言表达自己在常态课和研究课中使用iPad教学的感受和经验,通过模拟课堂教学活动,每位老师都体会到了iPad教学的直观、高效和极强的互动效果。
第三阶段是总结和提升阶段。在表彰会上,教师代表分享了上研究课的切身感受。刘维涛老师最大的收获是理解了教师要在不断的实践中挖掘如何利用现代化技术提高教学的有效性,及如何对教学目标更准确地定位。李晶红老师的收获体现在教学目标制定的反复探索中,以及对教学难点的突破反思。别汀老师向大家展示了新模板教案,介绍了精致新颖的微课的录课软件、工具及微课视频制作方法。孙明芳老师讲解了如何将微课与PPT有机结合。接下来,田校长为获奖教师颁发了获奖证书。此次研究课获奖教师共计10人,一等奖李娟老师,二等奖别汀和徐爱萍老师,三等奖有孙明芳、李琛、李晶红、刘维涛、肖岚、王丹和刘辰宇7位老师。
田树林校长对此次智慧课堂研究课十分重视,不仅亲临课堂参与听课、评课,还在表彰会的最后做了全面而深刻的总结。田校长充分肯定了国际部领导对本次活动的成功组织和充分指导,肯定了国际部教师对课堂教学进行了踏踏实实的深入思考和研究,走在了教学改革的前沿。并深入分析了新技术在课堂教学中的应用,提出了要通过教学理念、教学方式的转变提高课堂教学效率、提升学生能力,促进学生思维的发展,最终实现引领学生终身学习的目标。
智慧课堂研究课活动圆满落下了帷幕。但我们的老师没有停止前行的脚步,他们将在思考中前行,在前行中探索,在探索中修正,在修正中提升,在提升中不断完善,从而不断提升国际教育的办学水平。
The summarizing and Awarding Conference for Wisdom Classroom Research Lessons of No. 80 High School Was Held in the International Department
On June 10, the summarizing and praising conference for wisdom classroom research lessons of No. 80 High School was held in the International Department. Principal Tian Shulin, Director of Student Development Center Cui Weimin, and all stuff of the International Department attended the conference.
The activities of wisdom classroom were organized by the Academic Center of the International Department. It aims to accelerate steps of research in teaching in the form of classroom study, wake up teacher’s consciousness in professional development, promote teachers through the adoption of modern information technology, enhance the classroom effectiveness and enable teachers to transfer from teacher-centered to learning-centered mode of teaching.
Research lesson lasted for 3 months from the beginning of March till June l. In the meantime, foreign cooperation program and international program class preparation groups in math, language, English, physics, information and so on have elected representatives, participating in the study and exhibition of research lessons. The event is divided into three stages.
The first stage is the stage of preparation and display. Each class is combined with student's learning style to show their own features, with the supporting role of an iPad played in the classroom, reflecting that the wealth of teaching resources helps enhance teaching effectiveness. By a whole group of people preparing for a class exhibited by one member, the teaching and research of preparation groups are strengthened to achieve the overall development and enhance the standard of teaching. After each lesson, the teachers have carried out serious and sincere observation and evaluation. Teachers express their views, just as the old saying goes ‘benevolent see benevolence and the wise see wisdom’. In the process of observation and evaluation, the teachers have a deeper understanding of their strengths and weaknesses in teaching objectives, instructional design, teaching process, iPad and other aspects of the use of resources. A clear point of their own growth and how to improve classroom teaching are developed. It is believed that the research on wisdom classroom is a shortcut to promote the rapid growth of teachers in the information technology age.
The second stage is the exchange and summary stage. At the symposium, the teachers discussed according to teaching and research groups. Teacher representatives expressed their feelings and experiences in the normal class lesson and research lesion with the usage of iPad assisting teaching. By simulating the classroom activities, each teacher will appreciate the intuitive efficient and strong interaction effects of iPad assisting teaching.
The third stage is the stage of recognition, reflection and upgrade. In the meeting of praising the excellent iPad assisting teaching, teacher representatives shared personal feelings on the research course. Ms. Liu Weitao’s greatest achievement is to understand how to improve the effectiveness of teaching with modern technology in the constant practice and how to locate the target more accurately. Ms. Li Jinghong’s greatest achievement lies in the constant exploration on setting the teaching objectives and reflecting on the difficulty of teaching breakthrough. Mr. Bie Ting showed the new lesson plan template, introduced novel recording softwares, tools and mini-class video production methods. Ms. Sun Mingfang explained how to combine the mini-class with PPT. Next, according to the judges and the Executive Council of the International Department, the discussed results of research awards were announced, and the school authorities presented the award certificates to the award-winning teachers.
Principal Tian Shulin valued the wisdom classroom so much that she not only visited the classroom to participate in lectures, observation and evaluation, she also made a comprehensive and profound conclusion in the final award meeting. Principal Tian praised the success of the organization and leadership of the authorities of International Department. She also made in-depth analysis of the application of new technology in the classroom, required that through changing teaching philosophy and teaching methods, the efficiency of classroom teaching should be improved and students' ability should be enhanced so as to promote the development of students' thinking, and ultimately lead students to lifelong learning.
Wisdom classroom research activities successfully came to a close. But our teacher do not stop the pace, and they will move forward with thinking, explore while advancing, make the correction in the exploration, enhance the amendment, and achieve the continuous improvement, so as to continuously improve the level of international education.
